Conduct individual insightful analyses and derive recommended actions for specific business questions to help our management making the right decisions
Support the top management team to take the right strategic decisions
Define features of targetable audiences and fuel up Homeday offline and online marketing efforts with data
Support marketing budget allocation and develop models to track and optimize the spending in channels
Support Product team with metrics for experiments and new features
Explore our data proactively to find insights that bring our business forward
Support developing the right KPIs and targets for each of our teams / colleagues
Training of colleagues to use our BI solutions
1+ years of work experience as a business analyst or in a similar business intelligence role
Confident with Tableau
Strong SQL skills
Very experienced in building reports and doing investigative analyses
Very good english skills, fluent german is a plus
Advanced proficiency in Excel (or other spreadsheet tools)
Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager
Good knowledge in statistical and Data Science tools and ability to apply them to get additional insights
Programming skills, e.g. in Python or R (nice to have)
