Your responsibilities

You will grow a strong relationship with Homeday’s customers and understand their needs and requirements
You will inspire and lead a team of nearly 30 across Account Management, and Sales Strategy & Operations
You will deliver the commercial targets for the company, primarily through an increased level of seller instructions / transaction volume
You will raise the level of agent productivity and conversion by building a bridge between the agent portfolio and the day-to-day optimization
You will be working closely with peers and the broader team to drive increased scale, requirements, automation, efficiency and change through the company’s commercial and operational systems, processes, structures, lines of communication and workflows
You will optimize and deliver against the relevant core KPIs and success metrics. Part of this will be a strong focus on the team / organization

Your profile

Inspiring Leadership. You have strong experience in leading sales, sales operations and account management teams by helping them grow and releasing their full potential
Strong financial focus. You deliver ambitious financial targets by knowing how to structure workflows and processes for the teams
Analytical & data-driven thinking. You have a structured, problem-solving mind-set approach, that is driven by metrics and KPIs to reach our goals
Customer-Centric. You are empathetic and close to our customer’s needs in order to deliver high NPS
High-growth mindset. You have operated in fast-paced and high growth environments or are eager to do so. You are comfortable with changing environments and with setting up the team’s structures and processes for scale and success
English and German, please. You are fluent in German and English
