Dealing with real estate in Germany is a complicated process with lots of steps, paperwork, arrangements, and mediation. We believe that technology can make the painfully long process better and faster, and we work to make it happen!

What you can expect on the tech side of things:

• Streamlining our real-estate data collection and transformation application

• Executing and improving our machine learning data processing focussed on real-estate price evaluations

• Streamlining of BI technology stack and data architecture

• Advising BI and developer teams on data architecture

What skills and knowledge you need / we need you to bring:

We are looking for a quick learning and independent working talent, who thinks analytical and has a great team spirit.

• 2 years of experience in a Data Engineering position

• great experience in Python

• knowledge of modern databases (BigQuery, Snowflake, Postgres)

• experience with modern ETL tools (Pentaho, Airflow, DBT)

• advanced SQL proficiency

• a plus: Ruby, DevOps, Docker experience

• fluent English skills
