What you’ll need:

We are looking for an analytical communicator, with high standards and empathy to empower our frontend team. You should apply if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience working in software engineering

  • 1+ years of experience of engineering leadership, including hiring and managing teams

  • experience in balancing business related and technical requirements and regularly achieve consensus amongst other teams and departments

  • a proven track of working in a user experience focused and cross-functional environment

  • a strong knowledge of frontend development patterns and methodologies as well as an interest in development workflows and how to apply and improve them

  • understanding of vanilla JavaScript and the benefits of semantic HTML and CSS methodologies

  • worked with SPAs (e.g. Vue, Angular, React) for at least 3+ years
