What can you expect on the tech side of things?

  • You design, implement and test exciting, state-of-the-art web applications and take ownership and accountability in cross-functional teams

  • You define and lead the Epics within your squad

  • You investigate and fix critical bugs and outages

  • You act as a product manager for your applications

  • You mentor others and lead knowledge sharing sessions

  • Help us to change the way how properties are sold significantly improve the process for buyers and sellers

 

What skills and knowledge you need / we need you to bring:

  • A very profound understanding (approx. 5+ years) of frontend development (Javascript, HTML, and CSS), Vanille-JS, and SPAs (preferably Vue)

  • You are highly familiar with the workflows in cross-functional teams and agile methodologies

  • You are an expert in RESTful APIs

  • You have already worked intensively with test design and CI/CD

  • You love to learn new things, pay attention to details, and open communication - we have high-quality standards and are always looking to improve.

Dealing with real estate in Germany is a complicated process with lots of steps, paperwork, arrangements, and mediation. We believe that technology can make the painfully long process better and faster, and we work to make it happen!

 

What have we done so far?

  • built-up four independent cross-functional teams. We are proud of our people and want them to develop and grow

  • built an interactive map of rental and sell prices for properties, spanning the whole Germany

  • built state-of-the-art Machine Learning-powered valuation/appraisal solutions to determine how much a property can be sold for

  • built custom CRMs to support and streamline daily operations

  • automated creation of PDFs documents that are a major part of the selling flow
