Your responsibilities

    You will inherit a team of 30 people across Account Management (20), Agent Recruitment (4) and Agent Training (5).
    You will be an inspiring leader, capable of effectively managing and improving the performance of a Commercial team across multiple functions, including Sales, Marketing/Lead Generation, Account Management and Training & Operations.
    You will have a strong track record of both building and upskilling teams and be a highly collaborative and a strong decision-maker.
    You will built and led world-class, high-performing Sales, Marketing, Account Management and Training & Operations functions to deliver against ambitious financial targets.
    You will embed operational process and rigour in the Commercial team, instilling more mature, automated, scalable, and effective commercial frameworks.
    You will structures and build the right KPIs and measures to ensure that the team deliver against ambitious targets.
    You will be a systems-thinker and think about scalability, effectiveness, and efficiency, and how to use tech and data to automate certain parts of the processes to drive scale and efficiency.
    You will push the automation – critical to sustainable and scalable long-term growth. Tracking efficiency and completion versus plan and introducing improved KPIs to continually track results; moving from manual spreadsheet-based processes to fully sustainable and efficient digitally enabled automation
    You increase the number of brokers of the realtor/agent base – from 200 to 1,000+, whilst managing an increasing volume of instructions per agent via their platform.

Hard Skills

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field plus minimum 10+ years’ relevant work experience.
  • You bring at least 5 years of experience Team responsibility in a dynamic, fast changing environment.
  • You will bring close attention to detail and be able to process large amounts of data from disparate teams and sources
  • You have former strategy consulting experience or similar is strongly desired – someone trained in the school of analytical rigour, strategy development and continuous KPI/measurement.
  • You will bring commercial experience, ideally in a 2-sided marketplace or the combination of B2C and B2B or B2B2C.
  • You have experience in leadership culture & leadership development.
  • English, please - You speak fluent German and English.
