This is our application process

Step 1: You apply via our application portal

First of all, you send us your application documents electronically via our application portal.

Step 2: Interview via Skype or phone

Next, we'll invite you to a Skype or phone interview. It is not yet a matter of technical content, but only a first impression.

Step 3: Personal interview on site

Now you can get to know us in an interview in Cologne or Berlin and convince us personally of you and your skills in a subject check. If you have convinced us professionally, you will get to know one of our founders in the last step.

Step 4: We send you an offer

If it all fits together, we'll send you an contract offer. Welcome to the Homeday team! : -)

Step 5: Your first days at Homeday

We are very proud of our onboarding. On your first two days you will learn everything about Homeday and meet your new colleagues.

Step 6: Give us constructive feedback on your application

Nobody's perfect: We are looking forward to your feedback on the entire application process.

In your cover letter we would like to get to know you: Tell us what makes you special, why you are interested in working at Homeday and why you want to be part of our team. One side is enough for us.

Addressing the application

We are called Homeday because we value friendly relationships. This starts with your application - so please feel free to say "you" to us.


There is no dress code for our interviews - just come as you feel most comfortable, that's what everybody is doing here.
